This page summarises all key deadlines and milestones for teams participating in AMC X 2026.
We strongly recommend that all clubs, coaches, and team managers review these dates carefully.

Registration Process Overview

To register your team:

1. Click “REGISTER NOW” on the AMC website

2. Create your club account

3. Choose the number of teams you wish to bring.

After registration, you can log in at any time to:

• Edit your application

• Add or remove teams

• Register players, coaches, and staff

• Book accommodation

• Manage payments and financial information

All registrations and payments must be completed through the official AMC X online platform.

Key Dates & Deadlines

Registration Opening

January 9, 2026

• Online registrations officially open

Early Registration Discount

March 15, 2026

• Final day to:

  • Pay the team registration fee

  • Secure the €20 discount per registered participant

• Discounted participant fee:

  • €110 per player / coach / staff

• Registration is considered valid only after payment

Payment Deadlines

• March 31, 2026
  → Payment of 40% of the total amount

• April 15, 2026
  → Payment of the remaining 60%

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the registration.

Final Registration Deadline

April 30, 2026

This is the absolute final deadline for:

• Team registrations

• Player, coach, and staff registrations

• Payments (registration, accommodation, meals)

• Accommodation confirmations

Important notes:

• After this date:

  • Accommodation numbers are fixed

  • No changes can be made via the system

• Any exceptional requests after April 30 must be addressed directly with the organisation

• Late registrations will be accepted only if places are available

Technical & Competition Milestones

• June 15, 2026
  → Official match schedule published
  → Deadline for All-Star player submissions

Tournament Dates

• July 1, 2026

  • Team arrivals in Faro

  • Mandatory Technical Meeting at 22:30

• July 2–5, 2026

  • Tournament matches and activities

• Sunday, July 5, 2026

  • Finals (morning)

  • Trophy Ceremony

Important Reminders

• All teams must arrive in Faro by July 1, 2026, in time for the Technical Meeting.

• Participation is only confirmed after:

  • Registration completion

  • Payment compliance

• Early registration is strongly recommended to ensure:

  • Availability

  • Discounted fees

  • Smoother logistics
