Team Registration
Q: How do I register my team?
A: Create an account by clicking “Register now” on our website, then fill in all your club details. Choose the number of teams you wish to bring. Once submitted, you can edit your registration anytime.
Q: Can I update my registration later?
A: Yes. Log in to:

Q: When does registration open?
A: January 9, 2026
Q: Is there a registration fee?
A: Team registration fee: €150 per team (includes 1 complimentary coach). Valid after payment.
Q: Important deadlines?

March 15: Pay team fee to guarantee €20/player discount

March 31: Pay 40% of total amount

April 15: Pay remaining 60%

April 30: Final deadline for registration, payments, and accommodation
Participant Fees
Q: How much per player?

Q: How much for a coach?

Coaich/Leader must register via same process. Fee is complimentary if the team has the maximum number of players for their age group.

Cup Rules & Exemptions
Q: Where to find rules?
Team Registration — B Team (Second Team)
Q: Can a club register a B Team (second team) in the same age category?
A: Yes, but only under specific conditions.
A B Team may be registered only if the club’s main team (Team A) in that age category has reached the maximum number of registered players, as defined in the Tournament Rules.
Additional conditions:

Team A and Team B must belong to the same club.

Each team must be registered independently in the online system.

Movement of players between Team A and Team B is not permitted at any time during the tournament.

Both teams must fully comply with the minimum and maximum player limits for the age category.
This policy ensures fair competition, balanced teams, and meaningful playing time for all athletes.
Player Eligibility — Overage Player Requests
Q: Are overage players allowed to participate in AMC X 2026?
A: Only in exceptional circumstances and with prior written approval from the tournament organisation.
Key points:

A maximum of one (1) overage player per team may be authorised.

All requests must be submitted in advance, before the start of the tournament.

Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering:

Player development and safety

Competitive balance

Educational and pedagogical criteria

Participation of an overage player is not automatic and is never guaranteed.

Decisions made by the organisation are final and not subject to appeal.
Teams that field an overage player without prior authorisation may face disciplinary measures, including disqualification.
